The International Young Communications Entrepreneur of the Year (IYCE) award has been established by the British Council to champion and celebrate the importance of creative entrepreneurs working in the field of communications
For the purposes of this award participants can be drawn from any of the following sectors:

Minimum skills and Experience required: A. Education: University degree .Good knowledge and understanding of Call centre set up, Excellent communication skills . Degree or course in Training skills would be an advantage. B. Experience: Over 3-4 years experience in a similar position preferred C. Language: Excellent English and Arabic

1) Must be a leader and able to think independantly. 2)Organized with an eye for detail and sales opportunities. 3) Clear and innate business sense to strike win win deals. 4) Ability to take independent decision, develop strategies and work under pressure. 5) Strong verbal and written communication in English at all levels of interaction. Especially Banks Creditors and Staff. 6) Self Motivated, Pro active and passoinate about winning.

To be successful in this role you will have strong commercial retail exposure in the fashion or foods industry. Your track record will demonstrate your strong leadership skills and ability to communicate and manage clearly and effectively.

• Develop pricing strategies, balancing firm objectives and customer satisfaction.
• Evaluate the financial aspects of product development, such as budgets, expenditures, research and development appropriations, and return-on-investment and profit-loss projections.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and distributors to manage product distribution, establishing distribution networks and developing distribution strategies.
• Consult with product development personnel on product specifications such as design, color, and packaging.
• Select products and accessories to be displayed at trade or special production shows.

The Candidate is required to have a Masters in Public Relations,
*Must be bilingual
*10 years of experience in independently handling corporate communication public relations,
*Must be presentable,
*Should have good contacts in the press/ media,
*Should have managed good number of events.

Required for a Reputed Oil Sector Trading Company with the following qualification:  MBA or Commerce graduate with minimum 5 years experience in Working on oil company tenders, independently handling sourcing of material, procurement and  deliveries.

Career minded, Hardworking, Outgoing, able to view, evaluate & show Properties professionally. Native English Speakers / Housewives with knowledge of local areas and contacts will be preferred. Must have valid Residence & Own car.
