Civil & Structural Engineers



Major Responsibility:

Develop detailed scope of work, design basis document and project execution plan. Prepare cost estimates and project schedules, Organize topographical! geo-technical surveys conducted by third party contractors. Perform engineering for Construction including preparation of construction project description, pricing schedules, construction specifications, and IFC drawings. Participate in Pre-Bid and Pre-Award meetings, Provide engineering support during construction including field engineering, and inspection



Qualifications and Experience:

Graduates! Post Graduates in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 5-10 years (10 Years for Lead Engineers! 7 Years for Senior Engineers and 5 Years for Engineers) of experience in designing and estimation of Industrial Buildings, R.C.C. / Steel Structures & Infrastructure facilities for Oil & Gas, Refinery, Petrochemical, Power plants etc. Candidates shall be proficient in the use of software like STAAD. Exposure to international codes of design like US codes, BS codes etc. will be an added advantage. Diploma Engineers with longer years of experience can also be considered.


Quantity Surveyors (Civil / Piping / Electrical)


Major Responsibility:

Pre & Post Contract QS activities dealing with measurement, Estimates, Rate Analysis, Valuation. Preparation of Bill of Quantities and Tender Document and compiling all drawings, scope of works and specifications of the consultants. Quantity takes off with Drawings and Site Measurements. Working out Quantities from construction drawings for client supply items. Preparation of Material schedule & indenting material. Evaluation of Rate Analysis & Claim. Evaluation, comparing of the tenders received. Preparation of Technical & Commercial proposals

Qualifications and Experience: Graduates I Diploma Holders in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical in carrying out the above mentioned activities with a Contractor for the Oil & Gas, Refinery, Petrochemical, Power plants construction works would be preferred.


Sales Engineer


Major Responsibility:

Responsible for Sales and Business Development of a range of Products and Services including EPC Projects, Turn-key construction services, Fabricated products viz. Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers etc. in Hydro¬carbon, Power sector. Well conversant with bidding process of high value project. Impressive and effective communica¬tion & presentation skill is pre-requisite.


Familiarity with KNPC, KOC, PIC, EQUATE especially prequalification and Tendering processes would be an advantage.

Qualifications and Experience:

Graduate Mechanical! Chemical Engineers with minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role with sales responsibility for similar kinds of works within Kuwait


Construction Manager


Major Responsibility:

Responsible for planning and execution of medium size projects. Responsible for Resource Management, Contracts Management Project Planning, and Quality Management. Preparation of Project Budget and review / monitor the same.

Qualifications and Experience:

Graduate Engineer in Mechanical engineering with Minimum 10-1.2 years of work experience out of which last 5 years in managing all activities of site execution in Refineries (Oil & Gas sector). Knowledge in Primav¬era! MS Project Planning software will be an added advantage, Shall know MIS and Progress reporting.


Planning Engineer


Major Responsibility:

Responsible for preparation of Project schedule (Including WBS), Project Budgeting & monitoring of Project progress. Preparation of various MIS reports / progress reports and delay analysis. Compile overall resource requirement, schedule and leveling of the same. Act as an Interface between site management and client! counterparts ,for planning I scheduling. Preparation of additional cost and extension of time claims with customer. Productivity analysis of various skills (workmen) and take action to improve the same.


Qualifications and Experience:

Graduate Engineer in Mechanical engineering with 5 years relevant of experience of carrying out Planning and Project Control activities in Oil & Gas projects of EPC environment Hands on experience in Primavera software! MS Project and MS Office software's (MS Excel. MS Word, MS PowerPoint and MS Outlook) is essential.



Piping Engineer


Major Responsibility: Responsible for the Project Execution covering all Engineering Phases from Proposal, Basic, Detail, Commissioning and Construction, development of piping specifications (customize! company Standard), techni¬cal co-ordination with all disciplines related to engineering effort. Preparation of material requisitions for piping commodi¬ties and piping mechanical specialty items, RFQ, Bid evaluations & coordination with vendors


Qualifications and Experience: Graduate Engineer in. Mechanical engineering with 10 years relevant experience in executing Piping Job With minimum 4 years In executing construction projects In Oil & Gas sector.

Shall have knowledge and experience of fabrication, erection, welding, testing and commissioning of power / process piping packages of above - ground and underground piping, Shall be conversant with national and international codes such as API, ASME ,ANSI, DIN, JIS , BS , IS etc.


QA / QC Supervisor



Major Responsibility:

Responsible for performing inspection as per the project requirement without delay. Maintain the QC documentation and submit the reports as required by Client. Coordinate with NOT team for fulfilling NOT requirements.


Qualifications' and Experience:

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 10 years relevant experience in OA / QC in execution of construction projects Oil and Gas Sector. AS.NT Level -II qualification in PT, UT, MT & RT is essential.
