RENTAL SERVICES SPECIALIST



Responsible for developing and managing an efficient and profitable CAT Rental Store operation in order to meet and exceed revenue targets. Must be able to manage, empower and motivate team to achieve objectives while maintaining highest level of customer and vendor satisfaction. Must have 6-8 years of relevant sales and marketing experience. Knowledge of Plant & Workshop activities will be a plus. Must be PC proficient (PowerPoint, Excel etc). Reports to the CAT Rental Store Manager.




SALES ENGINEER



Responsible for equipment sales/rent (construction machines, lift trucks and other allied products) to achieve valuable and quantitative sales targets while maintaining highest level of customer satisfaction. Must have excellent selling skills and 3-5 years of relevant sales experience. Reports to Rental Services Specialist.




PLANT SERVICE ENGINEER



Must have minimum 10 years overall technical experience with 5-6 years of experience in Managing/Supervising the operation of a large fleet of earthmoving construction equipment covering After Sales Logistic Support (Workshop / Field Service/Operations/Training/Spare Parts / Warranty), including trouble shooting, preventive maintenance, repairs, testing, trial, commissioning of machines, etc. Reports to Rental Services Specialist.



All candidates for the above positions must have the following qualifications:
> A University Degree (B Sc Mechanical / Electrical Engineer).
> Have excellent analytical, negotiation, team-working and communication skills. Knowledge of Arabic will be a plus.
> Ability to develop and maintain excellent customer and supplier relationship.
> Must have computer proficiency. Possessing a Kuwaiti driving license will be advantageous.





FEMALE SECRETARY


Responsible for performing routine clerical, typing, and filing duties. Should be able to complete tasks correctly on time, deal courteously with employees / visitors and maintain discretion. Must be well organized, efficient and possess a pleasing personality. Should have excellent communication skills in English - spoken and written. Knowledge of Arabic will be an advantage. Must be proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) with at least 40 wpm typing skills in English. Must have 3 -5 years of secretarial experience. Reports to the CAT Rental Store Manager.
