•University Degree in Computer Science or related area.
•10 years of experience in IT service Provision.
•5 years of experience in outsourcing (certification must be provided).

•Proven track record of quality service delivery.
•Fluent in English and preferably have knowledge of Arabic as well.
•Good interpersonal and management skills.
•Must have valid Kuwaiti driving license.

BMC/Magic Support / Remedy Help Desk Application Developer



•University Degree in Computer Science or related area
•Excellent knowledge of Magic Help Desk Application
•Have necessary skills to Configure and manage Magic Application.
•Have experience in Crystal Report Designer to design and generate reports.
•Capable to customize and develop the Magic Application.
•Capable to generate complex reports by working with field and formulas.
•Ability to creating Inventory Catalogs.
•Fluent in English and preferably have knowledge of Arabic as well.
•Good interpersonal skills and management skills.

Novell Servers Engineers


•University Degree in Computer/Electronic s.
•Novell (CNE) and Microsoft (MCSE) Certified.
•5 year of experience in server hardware & software support & service.
•Technical ability to evaluate the existing setup of Servers hardware configuration, Network card & network traffic, Servers volume details, Servers standard, Server Security, Upgrading Servers and Installing Support pack & patches, etc.
•Extensive experience with Novell Servers, NDS health check, Integration of Nsure & its driver, Tuning of the existing setup.
•Extensive experience with (Nsure, ZENWorks, Auditing and iFolder, Novell Client Authentication methods and all related security related of LANIWAN and SAN Connectivity.
•Routine Maintenance procedures & Helpdesk Integration.
•Traffic monitoring (Connectivity of Servers to the backbone and Servers traffic monitoring).
•Servers / NDS Backup & restore procedures.
•Fluent in English and preferably have knowledge of Arabic as well.

KUWAITIS ONLY - Computer Support Staff


•Computer Diploma & Age not below 25 years.
•Minimum 2 years of experience in hardware & software support.
•Able to repair troubleshoot PC/Notebook/ Server.
•Proficient in all desktop software products.
•Microsoft Certified (MCP or MCSE) preferable.
•Priority to English proficiency.
