REGIONAL TRAINING MANAGER FOR KUWAIT

The core focus of this role is to manage, plan and implement all training activities in the region, in accordance with the existing policy and best practices, so as to effectively partner in the achievement of sales objectives; and to ensure that the regional staff located in Kuwait, Bahrain and Qatar have the required competencies to carry out the work required of them in achieving the regional goals.

Basic requirement is a Bachelor Degree in social sciences with a minimum of three years hands on training experience in a multi-cultural environment within industrial, educational or service industry. Mastery in written and verbal communication along with computer literacy is a must. The incumbent must have valid GCC driving license.
