Maintaining a comprehensive database of work orders and monitoring of the same to ensure the updates are accurate and complete. Monitoring and updating the incoming flow of Work orders and distribution of the same among team members. Monitoring and updating the daily Log to control drivers and Work orders for the day's schedule. Providing daily updates to Clients on the Work Orders completed. Tracking Registration expiry of vehicles & coordinating renewals of the same between clients & vendors In-charge of all vehicle damage reports and charges, intimation of the same to clients and follow up until receipt of approvals. Conducting periodic check up of the operational and general condition of all stand-by vehicles. Periodic performance assessment of team members & drivers. Periodic review of the existing working system in order to incorporate changes for smoother & easier running of the Fleet Operations. Performing duties of Head, Fleet Unit, in his absence. In-charge of Petty Cash assigned for Fleet Operations. Security of vehicle keys when not in operation.
