Experience in HP / Lexmark / Dell printers maintenance/repair Able to communicate regular status to clients, superiors, and peers. Experience maintaining/repairing point of sales equipment, servers, PC's, and printers. Strong work ethic. Uses time productively to accomplish work goals. Committed to meeting quality standards. Has effective organizational skills. Keeps records organized. Remains composed and behaves professionally even during emotionally-charged or stressful situations. Ability to effectively handle escalations and time critical issues. Able to work efficiently with minimal guidance or supervision. Certification A+ Certification, printer certifications, and/or other IT certifications preferred.
