Mission: : To assist the Snr Sipa Technician ensuring a consistent supply of high quality bottles by operating and monitoring the SIPA machine to maximize its performance in accordance with the SOP. Duties and Responsibilities Daily • Ensure Resin is used according to FIFO • Ensure Resin Tank is Maintained at Full level and completely free of foreign objects • Perform Periodic Checks of Oil levels and maintain proper levels as indicated in Sipa and Auxiliaries Manuals • Perform Periodic Checks of all Auxiliaries and document properly • Ensure all Product Contact Areas are clean and sterile according to Sanitization SOP • Perform and document Bottle Quality Checks • Perform Daily Cleaning of Sipa and Auxiliaries • Clean, account, and document all pre-form / discharge scrap • Must follow FDA , Military and AMD rules and regulations; • Must follow GMP, and Standard Operating Procedures ( SOPs) of the Sipa. • Must follow the Safety procedures as set down in the manufacturer’s manual for the Sipa. • Must follow the QA department's direction on quality issues • Must be able to read and understand the Sipa Manual and Safety Procedures. • Inform the Sr. Sipa Tech of any issues or concerns • Advise the Shift Supervisor if area and equipment is not left clean from the previous shift. • Must not permit unauthorized personnel to operate the filler. Weekly • Perform and document all Scheduled Weekly Preventative Maintenance as directed by the Sr. Sipa tech Monthly • Perform and document all Scheduled Monthly Preventative Maintenance as directed by the Sr. Sipa tech General • Report any violation of the SOP or Health and Safety procedures to management immediately. • Perform other duties as directed by Management. • Do not leave the Sipa without the permission of the Snr Sipa Tech. • To attend all Health & Safety meetings • To attend all Staff meetings.
