Our client, a large bank, seeks to recruit an Engineer/ Appraiser who will have to -Appraise apartment buildings differing in age and design, -Perform detailed break down of construction cost for new projects -Prepare feasibility studies for proposed projects and properties, -Perform site census for different type of properties to monitor recent trends in the market, -Prepare various real estate reports to higher management, -Provide analysis and summaries of information as directed, -Identify and undertake initial investigations -Contribute to the motivation of more junior clerks.

Profile	-B.SC in Engineering (Civil, Architecture) -3-5 years of experience in construction & RE market. -Excellent in Arabic, English, Word, Excel, Auto CAD -Good knowledge in Kuwait Municipality regulations -Good knowledge in Kuwait RE market.
