1-Overall responsible for all aspects and activities that occur at the properties (Property Management). 2-Resonpasable to make sure the property, interior and exterior is taken care of at all items and is kept in the appropriate condition. 3- Responsible to insure that the maintenance staff performs all of their duties in timely and professional manner. 4- Resolving all customer complaints, maintaining records, reports and file. 5- Responsible for monitoring and communicating market and technology trends. 6- Develop Market and customer analysis which are communicated effectively to the organization. 7- Plans, strategies for assigned customers and for the organization.
