Job Description/
Responsibilities
1) Plan and coordinate camp activities within the camp; gather, organize, assess information, develop and prepare reports based on camp’s services and activities. 2) Inspect the service-providers on daily basis and submit reports to the Project Supervisor accordingly. 3) Serve as liaison and coordinate interaction between the camp and the focal camp for day-to-day administrative and operational issues which includes but not limited to occupancy transactions, passport transactions, maintenance issues and transportation issues. 4) Implement systems and processes to establish and maintain records for all the procedures that are taking place within the camp. 5) Respond to inquiries regarding customer status, procedures or any other issues related to the camp. 6) Interact with and provide verbal and written responses to both Clients and internal personnel on related matters. 7) Provide assistance to the Client's Health and Safety Assessment team during camp inspection. 8) Prepare corrective action report based on the remarks mentioned in the inspection report (Internal and External). 9) Resolve problems related to transactions handled by the camp. 10) Maintain an inventory of customers' passports in assigned camps. 11) Conduct internal inspections on assigned corresponding camp and provide inspection report on the same.
