Job Description/ Responsibilities |
Our client, a large telecommunication company seeks to recruit a Customer Care Strategy Head who will have to -Develop & advance the customer care strategy across all customer care channels, -Develop customer retention strategy, -Design & develop win-back programs in coordination with the Marketing, -Analyze customer usage and behavior in order to define service offers, -Ensure quality control across all customer care channels through periodic process reviews and audits. |

-Post Graduate in Business Management, -5 years of experience in customer care environment in a strategy role. -Excellent written and verbal communication skills, -Very good management, organizational and interpersonal skills, -Fluent in English & Arabic. |
