Job Description/
Responsibilities 		Undertakes general and specialized administrative support on HR related issues within the Division. Maintains recruitment-related and general HR records and filing Receives internal and external queries and channels information appropriately Supports the HR Management team in delivering HR related services Prepares employee data/information and HR activity analysis/summaries as required Carries out additional HR related activities as required in relation to the HR structure within the Division.

Profile Strong written and verbal communication skills in English Good interpersonal / relationship building skills Computer literacy skills (MS office; Oracle is a plus) Ability to use own initiative and operate with minimal supervision in assigned tasks Administrative / clerical / secretarial experience is essential Previous HR admin experience is a plus Good General Education, but Degree or HR qualification desirable.
