| Job Description/ Responsibilities |
Undertakes general and specialized administrative support on HR related issues within the Division. Maintains recruitment-related and general HR records and filing Receives internal and external queries and channels information appropriately Supports the HR Management team in delivering HR related services Prepares employee data/information and HR activity analysis/summaries as required Carries out additional HR related activities as required in relation to the HR structure within the Division. |
| Profile | Strong written and verbal communication skills in English Good interpersonal / relationship building skills Computer literacy skills (MS office; Oracle is a plus) Ability to use own initiative and operate with minimal supervision in assigned tasks Administrative / clerical / secretarial experience is essential Previous HR admin experience is a plus Good General Education, but Degree or HR qualification desirable. |

Kindly be informed that Im motivated person would like to take the chance that keep me in developed way , I have 2 years experience in private sector in human resources field , in addition I have 1 1/2 yrs in government sector in training field , from another hand I have a good knowledge in statistic because my ba.degree major statistic & minor bublic administration , my english language is very good & I m very good in using the microsoft office programm & spss statistic programm ,
