•Experience: Minimum 4 years of relevant financial and analytical experience, preferably in the financial services industry (investment banking/research specifically is a plus) •Education: University degree in finance or related field. | Job Description/ Responsibilities |
•Conduct intensive company and industry research through analysis of company financial statements, capital markets, the competitive environment, etc. •Perform detailed company valuations using various valuation techniques such as discounted cash flows and comparative-based public market valuation methodologies (e.g. P/E, P/BV, EV/EBITDA, etc.) • Prepare research documents • Maintain active client relationships and dialogues |
