| Job Description/ Responsibilities |
JOB DUTIES Travel Coordinator/Administrator · Cross trained on all travel jobs in the HR/Travel Department 1. Those duties include the following: booking all tickets and hotels for transient employees and obtaining visas for all employee (visa 18 and visit visa) 2. To perform above functions when employees are absent or assistance is required. · Manifests Commercial Flights to Iraq for transient employees when Iraq Travel Coordinator is on leave (cover for this person every 3 weeks after 9 weeks cycle) · Liaison with Iraq Travel Coordinator for all travel assistance or travel requests · Review all Commercial Invoices and coordinator upfront payments when necessary · Inform sites of all arrival and departure of staff · Process all arriving staff and ensure they have signed and received all proper travel documents Check and update departure/arrival Board daily · Coordinate housing arrangements with Housing Coordinator 1. Back up Housing Coordinator when employee is absent. 2. Those functions include: supervision of two maids, prepare menu, and all other housing functions that are necessary. · Submit all mil air reservations · Make Hotel bookings for all staff · Greet and Check on all staff everyday in villa for assistance and ensure good conditions and quality service Keep a daily database of Expat and TCN arrival and leave dates from KWI and from the AAS Assist Travel Department with any travel related items Employee drop off and pickups to the Military Base when workload requires |
| Profile | REQUIREMENTS Immediate Opening for American Company in Kuwait Salary starting at 400 KWD but is negotiable depending on experience Must be living in Kuwait and have a current Kuwait visa 18 Transferrable or Sponsor Release Letter (No Exceptions) University degree( Associate or Bachelor’s) Travel Industry Experience Excellent English Writing, Speaking, and Reading (native language preferred) Excellent Computer Skills Working Hours are Monday through Friday 10 to 6, ˝ day Saturday, but may require extra hours due to work load. Working hours and days will change and rotate depending on work load. |

how it possible to put picture of muhammad (S.A.W) on wikipedia, these things only occur to presurize the muslim and most of jews involve in these of actavites.

I have been working in Gulf for last 3 years. During my tenure have been involved in Tours Department as well as adminsitration including handling co-odination with different department, It has allowed me to gain an insight into the functional as well as managerial requirement of the business.if given a chance I would prove myself to be worthy of the job.

I'm interested in the position as Travel Coordinator. Right now Im working as HR Assistant in a shipbuilding company. My responsibility is more on the ticketing section. I arrange the bookings for the new candidates for the recruitment department as well as also coordination with the accomodation regarding the new arrivals. Hope you may consider my application

(Associate’s), and travel industry experience. I have excellent English writing, speaking, and reading abilities, as well as, exceptional computer skills, and am flexible regarding work hours.

I am interested in the position as Travel Coordinator. I am currently working as Guest Relations Officer in the hotel industry and currently living and working here in Kuwait. I am well experience in customer service and management. I served as liason officer in inter-department within the hotel.
