Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Ensuring adherence to governmental requirements relating to visas, file Maintenance, Salary Transfer. 2. Dealing with the governmental bodies and authorities (Immigration & labor). 3. Provide efficient & effective HR service by ensuring timeliness in the different HR Functions, Government related services, Administration, and Training. 4. Serves as a primary point of direct administrative contact and liaison with different departments, individuals, and external institutions and agencies on a range of specified issues. 5. Manage the implementation of HR policies & procedures within Alghanim International & new acquisitions by providing the guidelines, tools for implementation & guidance on interpretation to ensure Alghanim International maintains a high standard of discipline & organization. 6. Support managers in dealing with complex people related issues. 7. Maintenance of organizational charts.
