Job Description/
Responsibilities
Our client seeks to recruit a Consumer Services Executive / Supervisor who will have to ensure that all consumer complaints originating within the country have been handled professionally, -Monthly reports on consumer contacts, complaints and consumer’s activities will be issued on a monthly basis, -Quality control over customer call centre hotline. -Preparing replies to all questions received from the public, either based on own knowledge or after consultation -Answers consumer questions in accordance with the provisions of the WHO.
 
Candidate Requirement
Profile -University Degree, -Good communication skills in English & Arabic. -Proficient in Ms-Office
Experience 3 - 5 years
