Job Description/
Responsibilities
Manage and supervise a group of 100 or more employees in diverse divisions (PC, Printer and scanner, Enterprise and networking workshops etc.)
Ability to manage multiple maintenance contracts.
 
Candidate Requirement
Profile Minimum 10 years experience in network infrastructure and Microsoft products.

Good experience in Total Quality Management (TQM) with at least 5 years experience as a Technical Support Manager. Very good experience in clustering solutions and SAN storages. Should have experience in Blade Servers (preferred HP and DELL).

Experience in back up solutions mainly in VERITAS.
Solid experience in hardware troubleshooting.
Very good experience in Microsoft solutions especially Exchange Server, ISA Server, Domain controller etc.
Experience in installing, configuring and securing Switches (L2 and L3), Routers and Firewalls.
Ability to configure and troubleshooting VPN connections.
Knowledge of troubleshooting printers and scanners etc.

IT Infrastructure management, IT Security Management, Information System Auditing.
Qualification:
University degree in Computer Science or related field.
Certification:
MCSE, CCNP, CCSP, CISSP and CISA

Operating Systems: Red Hat Linux Server 4.0 & 3.0, Windows Server 2003, Windows 2000 Professional & Advanced Server and Windows XP & Media Center etc.
Network Equipments:
Routers: Cisco 2600, 2500, 17201600, 827.
Switches: Cisco 6509, 6513, 4006, 3560, 2950G and 3524XL
Firewalls: Cisco PIX, ASA 5500 series, Juniper/Net screen Firewalls
VPN on: Cisco PIX, VPN concentrators, ASA & Juniper
IDS/IPS: Cisco 4215
Avaya IP Technology: Site administration
Experience 8 - 12 years
Education Basic - Bachelors in Computer Application ( Computers )
