A reputed Electrical Company requires the following:


1. Chief Accountant

Bachelor in accounting with a grade not less than B+ CMA, ICMA, ACA or CPA preferred.
* 10 years experience, with 5 years of proven expertise in controlling the finances of a medium size business enterprise preferable in the engineering/manufacturing segment.
* Experience in implementing and working under accounting packages.


2. Accountant

* Bachelor in accounting with grade of B+, preferably a Chartered Accountant or Certified Public Accountant
* Experience in a manufacturing company not less than 5 years.
* Excellent use of MS Office (mainly Excel and Word).
* Experience in implementing and working under accounting packages



3. Purchase Officer / Assistant

* Bachelor degree
* 10 to 15 experience in Procurement
* Excellent market analytical, organizational and negotiation skills
* Manage the overall function of the Purchasing Department
* Follow up with the Finance department in order to open LC /TT or to stick to the agreed payment condi¬tions with the supplier.
* Setup & continuously updating Quality Assurance Procedures
* Ensure that the Company is getting the best available purchase in the market in terms of Quality
* Import & Export Shipping
* Good knowledge of L/C and banking procedures
* Good knowledge of shipping and clearance procedures

4. Purchase Coordinator

Bachelor Degree

Experience: Min. three years experience in electrical material ordering and shipping clearance.
* Take care of the orders from projects department and co-ordinate with foreign & local suppliers in negotiating prices, receiving the material and processing shipping documents.
* Follow-up with suppliers to ensure prompt shipment as per agreed schedule.
* Business oriented with analytical skills.
* Excellent communication skills and price negotiation technique.



5. Storekeeper

* Bachelor Degree or higher in Accounting / Commerce / Supply Chain Management
* Min 10 yrs experience as Storekeeper at least 2-3 yrs in electrical items
* Excellent IT skills esp. in MS Office applications & Inventory packages
